This is card #2 from my weekend YouTube Premier video from Saturday. It is the Thank You card using the Art Gallery bundle and suite.
I started with a Petal Pink card base and stamped and cut out several of the flowers from the Art Gallery stamp set using Floral Gallery dies and the Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine (SCEM). I also embossed the Basic White CS panel for the card front using the Painted Textures 3D embossing folder. For the details on how I stamped all the flowers for the card front and put it all together, check out the YouTube Video link here, starting at the beginning:
On the card inside I adhered a Terracotta Tile CS mat. On the Basic White panel, I stamped a sentiment from the Happy Thoughts stamp set in Terracotta Tile ink. I also stamped the small flower from the Art Gallery stamp set in Petal pink ink, and the stamen stamp in Terra Cotta Tile ink in the lower left corner. I then adhered this to the card inside.
As part of this class video I did not stamp the envelope, but before I send it out I will stamp the same flower as I did on the card inside, to the lower left corner of the envelope front and use some Fine Art Floral DSP for the envelope flap. You know I can't send a plain ugly envelope with a gorgeous handmade card! 😉 If you want to recreate this card, here are the measurements and supplies I used:
Cardstock & Designer Series Paper & Ribbon: Petal Pink CS – 5 ½” x 8 ½”, scored at 4 ¼” - card base Terracotta Tile CS – 1@ 5 3/8” x 4 1/8” card inside mat Basic White CS – 2@5¼”x4”–card front & inside; 1@3½”x11” – flowers; ½”x 4”- sentiment Snail Mail Twine Combo Pack – 24” – Blushing Bride, 12” White
Be on the lookout for the remaining cards from class over the next couple of days. Hope you enjoy making the card! If you do make it, I would love to hear from you in the comments and let me know how it went.

I premiered a YouTube video this past Saturday of several cards I created as the third part of a series of classes I did using the Art Gallery Bundle and Suite. This is one of the cards from that class. I wanted to share the instructions, card cuts and supplies I used to make the card. It is super quick and easy to make, but the DSP is so pretty and gives it such a wow factor! I just LOVE the Fine Art Floral DSP and will be sad when it is retired in May.
To make the card, I started with a Poppy Parade card base and adhered Bumble Bee CS mats to the card front and inside. Next, I adhered three DSP strips evenly spaced over the card front panel with adhesive. On a scrap piece of Basic White CS, I stamped the largest flower background from the Art Gallery stamp set in Petal Pink ink and stamped the second layer of flower in Poppy Parade ink. I stamped the smallest flower piece (stamen) in BlackBerry Bliss ink in the center of the flower. I used the leaf and stem stamp with Old Olive ink below the flower. I stamped the Happy Birthday sentiment between the flower and leaves in Memento Black ink and cut this out with a Layering Circle die using my Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine (SCEM). I adhered this to the center of the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals. I made a bow out of the Bumble Bee ribbon and placed that at the bottom of the circle using a Mini Glue dot. I scattered a few Basic Rhinestone jewels around the card front using my Take Your Pick Tool.
For the card inside, I stamped the sentiment from the Happy Thoughts stamp set in Poppy Parade ink in the center of the largest Basic White CS. I adhered the 1/2" strip of DSP to the top of the panel and then placed that in the card inside with Stampin' Seal.
For the envelope front I stamped the large flower layers as before on the card front. I adhered the remaining DSP to the envelope flap using Tombow glue and trimmed the excess with Paper Snips. And just like that the card is complete! Super easy!!
If you want to watch the video, you can watch it here: This card starts at the 32:18 minute mark.
If you want to recreate this card, the card cuts I used are as follows:Cardstock & Designer Series Paper & Ribbon: Poppy Parade CS – 8 ½” x 5 ½”, scored at 4 ¼” - card base Bumble Bee CS– 2@ 5 ¼”x4”–card front&inside mats Basic White CS–1@5”x 3 ¾”–card inside;1@3½”x3½”– circle Fine Art Floral DSP – 3 @ 3 ¾” x 1 ¾” – card front; 1@ ½” x 3 ¾” card inside; 1 @ 2” x 6” – envelope flap Bumble Bee ¼” ribbon – 10”

I wanted to share a really pretty card I made recently (okay, well a couple of them were at Valentine's day....not sure how that was not just yesterday!?! Man, where does the time go? We were kind of snowed under at Valentine's day, which is so out of the norm for Texas it sent us all into a tailspin. So, that is why I missed posting it back then. But since this stamp set works for more than just Valentine's day, I still wanted to share it with you. It is a Book Binding card fold, which is really quick and easy to do.
I wanted to share with you today my customer Thank You cards I sent out to customers who shopped with me in February. I used the now retired Sale-a-Bration Darling Donkey stamp set as well as the Oh So Ombre Designer Series Paper (DSP), but you could use any DSP and stamp set with this fun fold card. It is the kind of fun fold that gives a wow factor without being really difficult. I used most of the colors in the Oh So Ombre color pack so there was a variety of colors. And each 6x6 sheet of DSP makes a card and a matching envelope, so, the pack of DSP would make a lot of cards! I am going to use instructions for the BlackBerry Bliss card, as I did all of that color (purple is my favorite color, and I LOVE Blackberry Bliss!)
I had great plans to post my Monday blog post early this morning. However, this crazy Texas weather changed my plans! I woke up this morning to 6.5 inches of snow, and frozen water pipes. It is not slated to get above freezing here until Thursday! So, needless to say we scooped snow into ice chests so we could melt it to have water for basic plumbing needs. 😒 I was not a huge fan of snow before; even less of one now!
However, I did manage to get a few afternoon hours in my craft room and got a couple of cards done. So, the whole day was not derailed. I have a friend who recently had hand surgery and I felt like the little sloth from the Back on Your Feet stamp set really worked well for a get well card for her. Here is a picture of the finished card:
